Our shipping policy is simple: we use UPS for most of our shipping needs (LTL freight for larger, palletized orders). All UPS orders will be shipped using standard UPS rates and transit days. We only ship to and from the United States. When you place an order, you will be given an estimated delivery date. This date is based on the transit time for your package as well as the processing time for your order. Please note that these estimates are just that – estimates. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your package on the UPS website.
If you need your order to arrive by a specific date, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date unless you select an expedited shipping option.
