Shipping Destinations
- Domestic Only: We ship to most destinations within the United States and Canada.
- Exclusions: We do not ship to international destinations or P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Carrier Services: All online orders are shipped via UPS (Ground or Expedited options). Bulk and custom orders are shipped via LTL freight carriers.
- Live Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated in real-time directly inside your shopping cart based on weight and destination.
- No Free Shipping: Shipping charges apply to all orders; we do not offer free shipping options.
Order Processing & Timelines
- Order Cutoff: 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) for same-day processing queues.
- Handling Time: Due to shifting manufacturing and production schedules, orders take between 1 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday) to process prior to shipment.
- Transit Time: Standard UPS delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.
Tracking & Delivery
Delivery Inquiries: Please contact our support team if your package does not arrive within 10 business days of shipment.
Order Tracking: A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you immediately after your package is scanned by the carrier.
