What is Charisma SEG and how does the graphic attach to the frame?

SEG stands for Silicone Edge Graphic. A flexible silicone strip (keder) is sewn along the perimeter of a dye-sublimated fabric print. You simply press the silicone edging into the outer channel of the aluminum Charisma frame, stretching the fabric completely flat for a smooth, frameless presentation.

Are Charisma SEG displays available with internal LED lighting?

Yes, we offer both non-illuminated Charisma frames and backlit Charisma SEG LED lightboxes. Our lit models utilize energy-efficient, wide-angle LED strips that distribute bright, even illumination across the entire fabric graphic without hot spots or shadows.

Can I install Charisma SEG frames on walls, ceilings, or as floor displays?

Yes, the Charisma system is highly adaptable. Frames can be wall-mounted with concealed hardware, suspended from ceilings using eye-bolts or cable hanging kits, or configured as free-standing floor displays using heavy-duty steel bases.

How do I clean or store replacement SEG fabric graphics?

Dye-sublimated SEG fabric graphics are lightweight, durable, and stain-resistant. They can be folded or rolled up compactly for storage without permanent creasing. If the fabric becomes dirty, it can be machine washed on a gentle cycle with mild detergent and air-dried or tumble-dried on low heat.
