As a provider of promotional products and displays, Display Stop was entrusted with a significant responsibility in the lead-up to a nationwide event in 2021. The Alzheimer’s Association (ALZ), a leading advocacy group dedicated to supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and their families, reached out to us to fulfill a large order for a charity run/walk.
The order included a variety of products designed to support the event, including 690+ hand sanitizer stands (gallon), 1,600+ gallons of sanitizer gel, and 200+ display signage stands. Ensuring the accuracy, timely shipping, and proper delivery of these items was crucial for the success of the event, and we knew we had to rise to the challenge.
To help us manage this complex task, we implemented a Google Sheet that tracked each location’s orders, shipping status, tracking numbers, and arrival dates. This allowed us to keep a close eye on the progress of the order and ensure that everything was on track.
Effective communication was also key to the success of this project. With many of the ALZ offices operating on reduced staffing due to COVID-19 protocols, we had to work closely with local branch offices to coordinate delivery times and ensure that someone was present to receive the products when they arrived. Despite the challenges, we are proud to report that we were able to fulfill orders for all 45+ locations, offering a bulk discount and meeting all important deadlines.
